How to modificate Vagtacho hardware interface for FIAT cars!

This procedure is required for all interfaces !

Open carefully Vagtacho hardware interface. Desolder resistor on the picture! Close interface and test it with software.

Warning: This procedure is required for FIAT cars only. Without this modification software can not connect FIAT cars! If you don't intend to use interface with FIAT cars, no need to do this!
